How do I get reimbursed for treatments at Adriaesthetic?
After each session, we provide you with a certificate that meets ASCA/RME requirements. You submit it to your complementary insurance, which processes the reimbursement according to your plan. The process is straightforward and we guide you if needed.
Which complementary insurance plans cover the treatments?
Most Swiss complementary insurance plans recognise ASCA and RME certifications — Helsana, CSS, Swica, Groupe Mutuel, Visana, among others. The reimbursement rate depends on your specific plan. We recommend checking with your insurer.
Which treatments are covered by complementary insurance?
Therapeutically oriented treatments are reimbursable: therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, Kobido, therapeutic facial care, and accompaniment programmes. Purely aesthetic services (manicure, makeup) are not covered.
Do I need a medical prescription?
No, no prescription is required to consult at Adriaesthetic. ASCA and RME certifications allow direct access. Some insurers may however request a medical recommendation — please check your specific conditions.
